Peer Support
The Peer Support Program offers a
variety of group activities and
informal drop-in support. Groups
include:
Thursday Group Lunch
Music, Singing & Drumming
Karaoke
Gardening
Craft & Art
Swimming & Aqua Aerobics
Outings
Healthy Living
Choice offers flexible individually designed
personal and social support, independent
living skills, in-home support and
assistance. Support is provided according
to participants' needs, identified goals and
desired outcomes.
Personal support includes assistance to
access to community services and
facilitating opportunities to achieve personal
goals such as; developing new skills,
sourcing accommodation, finding
employment

Staff in the accommodation
support program work with
participants to build the skills to
retain and maintain housing.

Assistance is provided with
housing application processes
and with negotiating the
complexities of obtaining rental
housing.

You can access Choice by phone or
email to make an appointment to see a
support worker or by getting a referral
from your General Practitioner, your
advocate, family member or mental
health professional.
To be able to access Choice Support
Service you must be 18 years of age or
over.
We are with you every step of the way on your journey to recovery
